Mahmud Al Zahar, a prominent Hamas leader in Gaza stated that the Palestinian internal dialog is back to ground zero. He added that that there are no new developments on that front. Islamic Resistance Movement, Hamas, stated that it suspended its indirect talks with Israel on the release of the captured Israeli soldier, Gilad Shalit, who was captured by Palestinian fighters two years ago.
