The Radio Bethlehem 2000 has reported that the soldiers fired several gas bombs, concussion grenades and rubber-coated metal bullets, while local youths hurled stones and empty bottles at them.

In addition, soldiers installed a roadblock at the main entrance of the village, stopped and searched dozens of residents and cars.

The army claimed a Molotov cocktail was thrown at a military jeep, near the village.
