Two Students Detained South of Nablus

[Monday, March 3, 2014] Israeli forces raided al-Sawiya high school, south of Nablus, and detained two students, accrding to a Palestinian Authority official.

Ghassan Daghlas told Ma'an News Agency that Israeli forces surrounded the school and fired tear gas canisters and stun grenades at students.

Obada Muhammad Izzat was identified as one of the students.

An Israeli army spokeswoman said that nine Palestinians were detained overnight, four in Hebron, three in Ramallah, and two in Tulkarem.
