Army Kidnaps 13 Palestinians In Bethlehem, 2 In Jenin

Monday at dawn, May 6 2013, Israeli soldiers invaded Beit Fajjar, Al-Khader and Beit Sahour, in the West Bank district of Bethlehem, and kidnapped 13 Palestinians. Army also invaded Jenin and kidnapped two residents.

The Radio Bethlehem 2000 has reported that the army invaded Beit Fajjar town, south of Bethlehem, broke into and searched dozens of homes, and kidnapped eight Palestinians.

The eight have been identified as Ehab Ahmad Thawabta, 19, Mohammad Akram Taqatqa, 20, Shalash Salim Taqatqa, 18, Ayman Mahmoud Taqatqa, 34, Mohammad Mahmoud Thawabta, 21, Mahmoud Abdullah Taqatqa, Omar Anwar Thawabta, and Mohammad Anwar Taqatqa.

The army also kidnapped three Palestinians at a temporary roadblock installed close to the Gush Etzion settlement, south of Bethlehem.

The three have been identified as Rami Salah, 27, Khaled Salah, 22, and Ahmad Salah, 21; they have been kidnapped in Om Rokba area, south of Bethlehem.

Local sources reported that the army violently attacked Khaled Salah before moving him to the Gush Ezion settlement bloc, and released Sami and Ahmad.

Furthermore, Israeli soldiers invaded Wadi Freha area, in Beit Sahour city, and kidnapped two Palestinians identified as Mohammad Awad Obeyyat, 21, and Ahmad Jamal Nabhan, 23.

In related news, the army invaded the towns of Qabatia and Al-Yamoun, near the northern West Bank city of Jenin, and kidnapped two Palestinians.

Local sources in Qabatia reported that the army kidnapped Amjad Khader Noubani, 36, and broke into the home of a political prisoner identified as Fares Abdul-Fattah Sabaghna, before violently searching the property.

In Al-Yamoun, soldiers kidnapped Ehab Adnan Al-Ja’bary, 26, in Al-Yamoun, after breaking into his home and searching it.
