Despite an Israeli High Court ruling that the settlement in Ulpana was to be vacated and raised due to it illegality a bill that had been proposed to circumnavigate the court’s ruling has been stalled to allow more time for the government to settle the issue. Meanwhile Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu has instructed his own Defense Minister to disobey the high court and halt any demolitions. Full Story

The Kol Hai (Live Sound) Israeli Radio reported that the Rabbinical branch of the Israeli Military started, on Wednesday morning, the removal of 100 corpses of Palestinians buried in the “Numbers Graveyard” in the Jordan valley, in the first phase on an agreement to hand the bodies to the Palestinian Authority in the West Bank.
