Israeli Prime Minister, Mahmoud Abbas, slammed Palestinian President, Mahmoud Abbas, to the reconciliation agreement with Hamas, singed on Monday at the Qatari Capital, Doha, between Palestinian President, Mahmoud Abbas, and Hamas head, Khaled Mashaal. The agreement states that Abbas would become the Prime Minister of the Unity Government until new elections are held. Full Story

Lawyer of the Ad-Dameer Prisoner Support and Human Rights Association, Samer Samaan, managed to visit the ailing hunger-striking detainee, Adnan Khader, who has been on hunger strike since 51 days despite the sharp deterioration in his health condition. Khader is currently at an Israeli Hospital in Safad. Full Story

After recent meetings in Qatar, mediated by Sheikh Hamad Bin Khalifa, Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas and Hamas Chief Khaled Mashaal announced that Abbas should serve as the Prime Minister of the Interim-Government, until elections can take place later this year. The two met in Doha, the Qatari capital, despite recent tensions between the parties, particularly in light of the rejection of a Fatah visit to the Gaza Strip by Hamas last month. Full Story

On Sunday, villagers from al-Walaja and international supporters went to the area where Israeli authorities are in the midst of destroying lands to build the Annexation wall. They held a non-violent march and rally, until a group of Israeli soldiers attacked the marchers. Full Story

Ten more Palestinian detainees at the Ofer Israeli prison, decided to join the open-ended hunger strike of Sheikh Khader Adnan, who has been on hunger strike for 50 days, and his health condition has sharply deteriorated. Full Story

Palestinian Prisoner Khader Adnan reached the 49th day of his hunger strike against prison conditions on Saturday. This includes five days of refusing liquids as well – although Israeli prison officers have begun force-feeding him liquids to keep him alive. In solidarity, dozens of youth activists in Gaza have announced that they are joining Adnan in his hunger strike. Full Story
