Palestinian medical sources in the Al-Ahli Hospital, in the southern West Bank city of Hebron, have reported that a wounded young Palestinian man died, on Saturday evening, of wounds suffered Thursday, after Israeli soldiers shot him.The sources added that Ibrahim Ahmad Mustafa Awad, 27, was shot in Beit Ummar town, with a rubber-coated steel bullet in his forehead causing a brain hemorrhage.

On Saturday at night, soldiers kidnapped a nonviolent Palestinian activist in the Hebron city.

The WAFA News Agency said the soldiers stormed the office of the “Youths Against Settlements Coalition” in Tal Romeida neighborhood, and took him to Beit Hadassah illegal colony, built on Palestinian lands in the heart of Hebron city.

In a press statement, the Palestinian Ministry of Health said that seven Palestinians have been killed by Israeli army fire on Saturday, in the occupied West Bank and the besieged Gaza Strip.

The Ministry added that the number of Palestinians killed by Israeli fire since Friday morning has arrived at 14, while more than 240 Palestinians have been injured by live fire and rubber-coated steel bullets, while hundreds suffered the effects of tear gas inhalation.

It also said that the number of Palestinians killed by Israel since the beginning of this month (ten days) is 21, including 12 in the West Bank, while more than 1100 Palestinians have been injured with live fire and rubber-coated steel bullets.

On Saturday afternoon, a Palestinian youth was shot dead by Israeli soldiers at Damascus Gate just outside Jerusalem’s Old City.
