The District court sentenced, on Wednesday, two Jerusalemite children to prison terms of 9 and 6 months.
Silwanic reports that according to Amjad Abu Asab, director of Jerusalemites detainees and prisoners families committee, the District court sentenced the 14-year-old child Laith Jamal Husseini to 9 months in prison, after being convicted of throwing stones and empty bottles. Laith is a student in the 9th grade at Al-Hayat School, in Jerusalem, and is currently detained in Hasharon Prison.

The court also sentenced 16-year-old Mohammad Adnan Abu Rammouz to a termt of 6 months, after he was found guilty of the same charges and is currently detained in Megiddo Prison; Mohammad and Laith were arrested on 01/09/2013 and are both residents of Shu’fat refugee camp.
