[Tuesday, January 14, 2014] Dr. Ehab Bseiso, head of the Media Office of the Palestinian government in the West Bank, stated that Israeli soldiers obstructed the convoy of Palestinian Prime Minister, Rami Hamdallah, at the Za’tara roadblock, near the northern West Bank city of Nablus. The incident was the second in less than 12 hours.Bseiso said that the soldiers demanded Hamdallah, his bodyguards and companions to hand them their ID cards for inspection, but they refused and eventually managed to cross without being inspected.

He added that this was the second incident in less than 12 hours targeting the convoy of Hamdallah, and added that this violation is only part of ongoing violations and escalations against the Palestinian people in different parts of occupied Palestine.

The first attack against Hamdallah’s convoy took place on Tuesday morning when soldiers and fanatic Israeli settlers stopped the convoy near Turmus Ayya town, near the central West Bank city of Ramallah.

Bseiso said that, by its ongoing violations and crimes, Israel is granting settlers a green light to assault the Palestinians people, their property, and their lands.

He demanded the international community to pressure Israel into respecting international law, and stopping its violations and assaults against the Palestinians, their property, land and their holy sites.

In related news, Israeli vandals wrote ‘Price Tag’ and other racist graffiti on the wall of a garden surrounding a home in Tel Aviv.

The Israeli police said that the graffiti included the usual “Death to Arabs”, and that a young Jewish woman was apprehended, and is currently under interrogation.
