Wednesday morning, May 29 2013, several armored Israeli military vehicles invaded Palestinian farmlands, east of the Al-Boreij refugee camp in central Gaza, and opened fire at Palestinian farmers forcing them out of their lands.Eyewitnesses have reported that three tanks and four military bulldozers advanced hundreds of meters into the Palestinian territory, and fired rounds of live ammunition and gas bombs at the farmers who were forced to leave their lands.

Israeli soldiers repeatedly invade Palestinian farmlands close to the border fence in Gaza, and regularly open fire at the farmers and workers in an attempt for force them out of their lands; dozens of casualties have been reported.

The invasions generally include uprooting farmlands and bulldozing hothouses and sheds used by the farmers.
