Friday evening May 4 2013, Palestinian medical sources reported that 15 Palestinians, and four Israeli soldiers, have been injured during clashes that took place between local residents and invading Israeli forces in Beit Ummar town, north of the southern West Bank city of Hebron.Mohammad Ayyad Awad, spokesperson of the Popular Committee Against the Wall and Settlements in Beit Ummar, reported that all wounded Palestinians have been treated by Red Crescent field medics.

He added that clashes took place on the main Jerusalem-Hebron road, and that a settler’s vehicles crashed into a Palestinian car leading to four injuries among the Palestinians, and that the wounded have been moved to local clinics.

Three settlers were also injured in the incident, and were moved by the army to an Israeli hospital.
