The sources said that three residents were hit by rubber-coated metal bullets and dozens were treated for the effects of teargas inhalation.

Local sources said that the army also targeted several homes in the camp with gas bombs and rubber-coated bullets leading to damages and several injuries.

The clashes started Saturday when the army invaded the camp and local youths clashed with them and hurled several Molotov cocktails at a nearby military tower.
