Two Palestinians were reported killed by Israeli soldiers’ gunfire on Monday as troops attacked Palestinians protesting the escalated offensive against the Gaza strip. Palestinian sources said that protests were reported around Ramallah city, central West Bank, Nablus and Tulkarem, in the north, as well as Bethlehem and Hebron, southern West Bank.Hamdi Falah, 22 years old, was killed by Israeli soldiers’ gunfire during clashes with local youth in Herbon city, southern West Bank. Doctors say that the young man was hit with several rounds of live ammunition that lead to his instant death.

In addition Ahmad Isma’el, 18 years old, was left in a critical condition by Israeli soldiers during clashes between local youth and troops at the village of Artas near the southern West Bank city of Bethlehem on Monday evening.

Elsewhere Rishdi at-Tamimi, 35, from the village of an-Nabi Saleh near Ramallah, central West Bank, died on Monday afternoon after succumbing to wounds he sustained on Saturday during a protest in solidarity with Gaza.

At-Tamimi and other villagers were protesting when soldiers attacked them with tear gas and live ammunition; later clashes erupted between local youth and invading Israeli soldiers.

When at-Tamimi was hit Israeli troops surrounded him and did not allow medics to get to him.

Doctors say he was hit with two live rounds in his leg and abdomen, and died today due to severe bleeding.
