The sources said that the two children, identified as Nidal al-Oweiwy, 12, and Karam Shahin, 14, were kidnapped while playing near the Hebron City Council in the Old City of Hebron.

Soldiers also abducted Ayatollah Azmi Jabara, 28, after breaking into his home in Ithna town, west of Hebron.

In ath-Thaheriyya town, also near Hebron, the army invaded a home that belongs to members of ash-Shab’aan family, and kidnapped one resident.

The army installed several roadblocks on main roads leading to several towns and villages near Hebron, searched dozens of cars and inspected the ID cards of the residents, and invaded Halhoul town.
