Eyewitness told the Maan News Agency that the missile hit Abu Hajjaj family house, leading to serious physical damages. No wounds were reported.

The Abu Ali Mustafa Brigades, the armed wing of the Popular Front for the Liberation of Palestine (PFLP), claimed responsibility for targeting Nahal Oz zone, east of the Gaza Strip with four Mortars.

They said in a statement that the shelling came as retaliation for an Israeli force storming of the area at 10:50 pm on Friday.

The Brigades further confirmed that the targeting of Nahal Oz Zone with four Mortars came as retaliation for the Israeli crimes against our Palestinian people, and that we are defending our people and land, confirming resistance against the Israeli Occupation in the Occupied Palestinian Territories.

Late Friday, Israeli sources acknowledged that a Palestinian rocket, fired from the Gaza Strip, fell in the Western Negev on Friday evening. No injuries have been reported, added the sources.
