The Maan News Agency reported that the Hamas leader was cuffed and blindfolded before the soldiers took him to an unknown destination.

The army also fired live ammunition into the air after surrounding the neighborhood where Qabha lives.

In 2007, Qabha was kidnapped by the army and was imprisoned for three years under the co-called “administrative detention” order without pressing charges.
