Israeli Soldier Stabbed In Haifa

Israeli sources reported that an Israeli soldier was stabbed in Jaffa city on Sunday, and that the masked assailant snatched his weapon and fled the scene.

The soldier suffered moderate wounds and was moved to Ekholov hospital while the police initiated an investigation and conducted searchers.

The police apprehended a number of residents; the background of the attack remains unknown.

The Arabs48 news website reported that a number of persons chased the stabbed but could not capture him, and that the weapon he snatched from the soldier was found in a nearby building, and was handed to the police.
