Israeli military forces raided the area of Bir al-Mhajer, north of Hebron, and arrested two brothers, Mohammed and Abdul Majid, and Rami Abu Alillat. These men were taken to an unknown destination.

Furthermore, Israeli forces raided the city of Hebron and the towns of Halhoul, Seir and Bani Naim, and stopped vehicles to check the driver's and passenger's identity cards.

In a separate incident near Hebron, the Ma'an News Agency reports that Israeli forces demolished a well used by 20 Palestinians. In a previous statement, Maxwell Gaylard, the United Nations Resident and Humanitarian Coordinator for the occupied Palestinian territory, condemned destruction of Palestinian water sources, stating that, "Such deliberate demolitions in occupied territory are also in contravention of Israel's obligations under international law."
