The Israeli Authorities sentenced, on Sunday, a Palestinian legislator to six months in administrative detention without presenting any legal charges against him.Dr. Omar Abdul-Raziq, former Finance Minister, stated after the sentence was handed down against him on Sunday that he does not recognize Israeli courts, and described his detention and the imprisonment of elected officials, as “an act of Israeli piracy”.

He stated that Israel is targeting the Palestinian people and their elected officials, and that the Israeli army is ongoing “with its crimes and violations against the Palestinians”.
