P.A Releases Hamas Detainees

Under direct orders from Palestinian President, Mahmoud Abbas, the Palestinian Security Forces in the northern West Bank City of Nablus released, on Wednesday at night, 46 political prisoners of the Hamas movement as a gesture of good will before al-Fitr Muslim feast.

Abbas ordered the release of dozens of Hamas political prisoners in the West Bank in order to enable them celebrate al-Fitr with their families.

Reporter of the Ma'an News Agency in Nablus said that the security forces already released dozens of Hamas prisoners who were detained in al-Jneid prison in the city.
