The Quds Press reported that four residents were moved to a local hospital in Rafah suffering moderate wounds as they were in the tunnel when it was detonated by Egypt.

The explosion also caused damage to a number of homes in Al Brazil neighborhood, in Rafah, in the southern part of the Gaza Strip.

Furthermore, Egyptian security sources said that the security forces managed to uncover ten tunnels along the border with Rafah on Wednesday.

The forces detonated some of the tunnels on Wednesday afternoon, and intends to detonate the rest soon.
