The Israeli Army Opens Fire At Anti-wall Nonviolent Protest Near Gaza City

Israeli troops opened fire on Wednesday midday at a nonviolent protest against the wall central Gaza Strip.

The protest was organized by the local committee against the wall. People gathered at Al Shujayiah neighborhood in Gaza city and headed towards the Israeli built wall on the borders with Israel.

People carried banners and flags and marched until they reached a military post near the wall, troops stationed their directly opened fire at the unarmed civilians; no injuries were reported.

Last week two anti wall protests were organized at deferent location on the Gaza Strip, in both incidents the military opened fire at the protesters.
