Palestinian Dies Due To Electrocution In Rafah Tunnel

Palestinian medical sources in Rafah, in the southern part of the Gaza Strip, reported, Monday evening, that a Palestinian youth died by electric shock at a tunnel in Rafah.

The sources identified the youth as Ahmad Abu Al Hasseen, 22. He was working inside the tunnel and died instantly after apparently being electrocuted by an exposed wire.

Hundreds of residents were killed and wounded in similar tunnel accidents across the border with Egypt.
