Settlers attack, beat a Palestinian family, peace activists, in Hebron

An extremist Israeli settler group broke on Monday into a home belonging to a Palestinian family, in the southern Palestinian West Bank city of Hebron, and attacked the family in addition to attacking peace activists who were present in the attacked home.

The owner of the house reported that nearly 15 armed settlers broke into his it and violently attacked his family and international peace activists.
Five international activists were wounded and the mother of the mother of the owner of the house was also wounded and was admitted to the Hebron hospital.
The owner stated that “when a Palestinian hurls a small stone the army and police rush to arrest him”, and added “but when the settlers attack us, the soldiers do not move”.
One of the international peace activists said that the settlers cut a fence surrounding the property and broke into the home.
