Explosion Rocks Saida In Southern Lebanon

The Al Manar TV, run by Hezbollah in Lebanon, reported Monday that an explosion took place in a home in Saida area, in southern Lebanon leaving extensive damage; no casualties were reported.


Ibrahim Al Mousawy, an official at the Lebanon-based Hezbollah party, said that the explosion took place in a home that belongs to the party.

One resident was wounded and was moved to a local hospital

Al Mousawi denied an Israeli report of five deaths in the blast, and added that an investigation was into the blast was initiated.

Al Manar TV reporter said that the blast took place when munitions hid in the home detonated.
