Israeli army kidnaps five civilians from Hebron

author Wednesday August 20, 2008 17:50author by Marina Ayyoub - IMEMC News Report post

Israeli army invaded the southern West Bank city of Hebron kidnapping five civilians at Wednesday midday, local sources reported.

File-2008

Israeli military vehicles deployed in the southern part of the city while troops lunched a search campaign in the area and kidnapped four civilians.

Moreover, soldiers kidnapped in the center of the city a child aged 12 after claiming that he was holding a knife and took him to an unknown detention camp.

The reasons behind kidnapping of the four Palestinians remains unknown, as troops did not explain anything to the families.

The Israeli army often kidnaps Palestinian civilians without any justification, and usually transfers them  to detention centers inside Israel proper which are inaccessible to Palestinian, an issue which violates the International Law.
