Local sources reported that the Israeli army invaded on Thursday at dawn in Balata and Askar Camps east of the northern West Bank city of Nablus, kidnapping 12 civilians and shooting two others during encounters with the Israeli troops.

Local sources reported that the Israeli army invaded the West Bank city of Nablus with a number of military vehicles and walked through the city’s neighborhoods randomly shooting intensive gun fire.

Moreover the Israeli army ransacked several homes in Askar camp east of the West Bank city of Nablus and kidnapped 12 civilians from the camp taking them to detention camps. Six of the kidnapped civilians belong to the same family.

Eye witnesses reported that during the encounters with the army, two civilians were shot and were transported to local hospitals.
