At least 8 Israeli army jeeps and two armoured carriers invaded the city of Bethlehem on Monday night, and kidnapped two brothers.

Witnesses told IMEMC that soldiers were blocking the streets in downtown Bethlehem; four army vehicles stormed the nearby Deheishe refugee camp. They added that local youth hurled stones at the attacking forces. The army said that they were looking for Palestinian activists. soldiers searched a number of homes in the area Ithe left after kidnaping Hamdi Humeed, 27, and his brother Hassan, 28.
