Resident killed, three injured in Israeli shelling to southern Gaza

Palestinian medical sources in the Gaza Strip reported that one resident was killed on Tuesday and three others were wounded in an Israeli shelling to Al Qarara town, in Khan Younis, in the southern part of the Gaza Strip.

The sources identified the slain resident as Tahreer Al Ghafoor, 21, and added that his body was severely mutilated. His remains and the wounded residents were moved to Nasser Hospital in the city.
Local sources reported that the shelling targeted a group fighters who gathered east of Khan Younis, and that the slain resident is a member of the Palestinian resistance.
Islamic Resistance Movement, Hamas, said that the slain resident is a member of the Al Qassam Brigades, the armed wing of the movement.
