![]() The Israeli Hight Court of Justice in Jerusalem ruled on Tuesday against villagers of Al Aqaba, located in the northern part of the West Bank. The Israeli army issued orders two years ago restricting the area to be used for building homes in the village from 3000 dunums of land to 100 dunums of land. The villagers took the matter to the Court, and today the Court ruled in favour of the Israeli army. |
