Families of Palestinian Legislators imprisoned by the Israeli Authorities held a protest on Thursday in front of the Red Cross office in the northern West Bank city of Nablus, while other protest were held in several parts of the West Bank, in solidarity with the Palestinian legislators imprisoned by Israel.  Representatives of several political and Islamic movements, in addition to representatives of civil institutions participated, in the protest and expressed their rejection and condemnation to the ongoing imprisonment of the Palestinian legislators and officials.

The protesters handed a letter to the representatives of the Red Cross expressing their rejection to the ongoing detention of the officials, and demanding the Red Cross and other international human rights groups to intervene and practice pressure on the Israeli Authorities to release all political detainees, especially the detained legislators and officials.
