The detainee, Tasneem Al Khayyat, 21, is a student at Al Najah University in Nablus.

She was kidnapped by the army on February 18 2008 after the army broke into her home, and was in solitary confinement in Petah Tikva and Hasharon Israeli interrogation facilities.
