Israeli military sources claimed that the Israeli Security Services received intelligence information regarding potential attacks inside Israel.

Local sources reported that the army also placed concrete barriers on the entrances of dozens of villages in Jenin and Tulkarem districts.

The army also barred dozens of villagers from reaching their lands and searched dozens of vehicles while interrogating the residents for several hours.
