In the Nablus district, in the northern part of the West Bank, security forces arrested for the third time Sheikh Zoheir Lubbada who is suffering from a serious disease and kidney failure, and his son Rasheed. They also arrested his brother Hilal, Ammar Al Sarkaji, Ayman Al Sayih, and Thafer Mansour. Ayman Al Sayih was previously arrested by the Palestinian police and spent two months in Betunia Palestinian prison, near Ramallah.
Thafer Mansour is the brother of legislator Yasser Mansour, who is one of the legislators imprisoned by Israel.
In Tulkarem, in the northern part of the West Bank, Palestinian security forces arrested Mahmoud Abu Hasheem, from the Tulkarem refugee camp. Abu Hasheem was arrested three times before this incident.
In Jenin, also in the northern part of the West Bank, security forces arrested Jawad Matar Bani Odeh, from Tammoun nearby village.
Furthermore, Hamas said that the security forces are still detaining Abdul-Hakim Al Qadah who has been detained already for 63 days. Al Qadah was previously detained for two years in a Palestinian prison.
