Hundreds including students, Trade union members, politicians and human rights activists joined together in a demonstration through downtown Montreal city in eastern Canada calling for an end to the Israeli siege of Gaza. The protest was organized by Solidarity for Palestinian Human Rights (SPHR), a non-profit, student-based organization that advocates on a strong social justice platform to uphold the rights of the Palestinian people in the face of human rights violations and all forms of racism, discrimination, misinformation and misrepresentation. |
