On Thursday Israeli forces kidnapped a Palestinian man from Selwad Town, near the central West Bank city of Ramallah. Forces also invaded the town of Betuniya, west of Ramallah.Local sources reported that forces carried a ransacking campaign in Sulwad town and kidnapped a Palestinian who was later identified as Tha’er Hamad, 23. Forces then transferred him to an undisclosed detention center.
In the same operation Israeli forces invaded Betuniya town and besieged civilians’ homes, claiming that they are searching for so-called ‘wanted Palestinians’. Forces withdrew later but no abductions were reported.
