The protestors took to the streets of the village, carrying with them Palestinian flags and banners that denounced the construction of the Wall, and the expansion of Israeli settlements in the area.

The villagers marched to the construction site on the village lands where the Israeli soldiers who were deployed at the site attacked them with batons and rifle butts, no serious injuries were reported.
