Sources added that the army also invaded the city of Nablus and positioned themselves on several streets before later withdrawing.

Elsewhere Israeli military invaded the city of Jenin, Jenin refugee camp and Rumana village. The Israeli army reportedly invaded the city and the camp after midnight, discharging heavy gunfire and light bombs. They also searched orchards and houses claiming they were in pursuit of so-called wanted Palestinians.

Sources added there had been two military checkpoints set up on the eastern entrance of Fahma village and on the northern entrance of Al Zababda village. Soldiers forcibly removed civilians from their vehicles and rigorously checked identity cards.

Earlier on Sunday, the military kidnapped Abed Al Lateef Nabhaan, 55 from Jenin refugee camp at Huwara military checkpoint, transferring him to an unknown detention center.
