Local medical sources announced that Fadi Abu Etawi, 18, was wounded with shrapnel after a mysterious blast occurred overnight in the central Gaza Strip refugee camp of aL-Buraij.

Few hours later, a local Palestinian charity organization was blown off in the nearby refugee camp of Maghazi, leaving no injuries but damages to the charity building. No body claimed responsibility.

In Gaza city, an explosive device was detonated in an abandoned room, just close to the Aldaraj neighborhood's police post, leaving no causalities.

Maan News Agency reported that a statement signed by the so-called ' the clandestine military apparatus', of Fatah Party, claimed responsibility for the attack on the police post.

The statement reas " one of our operative groups carried out the mission on Friday by placing a an explosive device in Jaffa street in Gaza city, causing devastation and panic among the killers".

The statement has not been verified by official Fatah sources.

In mid November, the Palestinian police forces, linked with the dismissed Hamas government, clashed with large crowds of Fatah supporters in a Fatah rally in Gaza City.

The clashes resulted in eight victims, including a child and a teenager, as the police arrested hundreds of Fatah supporters, some of them, the police say involved in the rally violence.

The Gaza-based Palestinian Center for Human Rights released a report recently, blaming the Palestinian police forces in Gaza for what the PCHR says, torture of detainees.
