Prior to his abduction, al-Sa'ady, 23, was shot in the head and chest, injuries for which he is yet to receive any treatment despite being kidnapped over one month ago.
The man is a member of the Palestinian National Security Forces, and the brother of Ashraf Al Sa’ady, leader of the al-Quds brigades, the armed wing of Islamic Jihad.
Ashraf was assassinated seven months ago by undercover Israeli forces.
