The Palestinian News Agency, WAFA, reported that Israeli jets dropped at least ten missiles in several areas in Beit Hanoun, causing several injuries and huge amounts of  property damage.

Earlier on Thursday, five Palestinians were injured when Israeli tanks shelled Beit Hanoun.  Their wounds were reported as moderately to mild. All wounded Palestinians were taken to the hospital for medical treatment.

Thursday's attacks follow similar incidents on Wednesday in central Gaza, in which a Palestinian man was killed, and several others wounded, when the Israeli army attacked Juhr ad Deek village.

In related news, three Palestinians were injured by Israeli gunfire in the southern Gaza Strip city of Rafah on Thursday morning.

Medical sources reported that military forces invaded several parts of Rafah city, opening fire on civilians and farmers, causing several injuries.

Dr. Mo'awiya Hasanein reported that ambulance and medical crews couldn't reach the area to evacuate the injured Palestinians, as Israeli soldiers opened fire on them.
