Iyad Rahal, the owner of the home, told news agencies that a group of soldiers attacked and ransacked his house, forcing the man and his brother into military jeeps, upon which they were taken to a nearby military camp and savagely beaten.

One brother was released two hours later, while the other remains in Israeli custody.

The Rahal family also reported that some 2500 JD had gone missing during the attack.
