In Deir al-Hattab village, east of Nablus, Israeli forces besieged the house of Ahmad Mashati, a local leader of the Abu ali Mustafa brigades, the armed wing of the Popular Front for the Liberation of Palestine (PFLP).

Meanwhile, Israeli armored vehicles invaded the Beit Foreek village, also east of Nablus, where Israeli troops rounded up a number of PFLP supporters.

In Awatra village, south of Nablus, one Palestinian civilian was kidnapped by invading Israeli forces.

A second resident was taken from the Balata refugee camp, located in Nablus.

Further kidnappings were also reported in Jenin, Ramallah and Hebron.
