According to the newspaper, the Palestinian representatives were close to the Hamas movement, while Israel was represented by Ofer Dikel, the Israeli Representative for Israeli prisoners and missing persons. Egypt was represented by Omer Suleiman, the director of the Egyptian intelligence agency. |
