Arab states league decries international inaction against Israeli practices

The league of Arab states, decried yesterday the international community’s inaction towards the Israeli practices against the Palestinian people, calling for all concerned bodies worldwide to take a firm stance in this respect.

The Arab organization held the international community responsible for the continued Israeli attacks against ‘regional stability and peace’.

In a statement issued Monday, the league pointed our that the Israeli ‘occupation’ forces have killed six Palestinians in both the West Bank and the Gaza Strip over the past couple of days within a series of aggressive attack, incidents that ‘violate all international norms’.

“the Israeli forces have also targeted the Palestinian ambulances”, the statement read.

The Arab states league, made up of 23 Arab countries, renewed in March a peace initiative, endorsed in 2002 in Beirut’s summit meeting, calling for normal relaations with Israel in return for Israeli withdrawal from Palestinian and Arab lands.
