Eyewitnesses reported that Israeli soldiers abused the workers by chasing them as they were trying the escape through gaps in the Wall.

Eyewitnesses also assured that Israeli soldiers kidnapped several civilians, aggressively attacked them and moved them to a nearby checkpoint where they were detained under the sun.

The same sources stated that the Israeli force deployed military patrols in the area and banned Palestinians from entering or exiting the locale.

Earlier, residents of Dahiyat Al Bareed were forbidden form crossing the area called "Al Dier", forcing local residents to use the Qalandya checkpoint which separates Ramallah and Jerusalem.
