Detainee loses fingers as army break into detention facilityThe Popular Committees in Nablus, in the northern part of the West Bank, have appealed to the Red Cross and several Human Rights Groups to intervene in order to save the life of detainee Wajeeh Eshtiyyeh, who lost a number of fingers in his right hand when the Israeli army broke into the Gabloa’ detention facility.
The Committee stated that Eshtiyyeh was injured when he picked up a gas bomb fired by the soldiers who broke into the facility. He is currently in need of immediate medical attention. |
