Israeli army kills a Palestinian child near BethlehemPalestinian sources reported on Friday that a Palestinian child died in Beit Jala public hospital, located in the southern West Bank city of Bethlehem, after being shot by Israeli soldiers late on Thursday night. A group of Israeli soldiers attacked homes in the village of Beit Fajar, located to the south of Bethlehem city. During the attack, soldiers randomly opened fire on a group of children playing in front of their homes, critically injuring Ziad Takatka, 16. The boy was moved to Bethlehem public hospital, but later died from his wounds. |
