Israeli army kidnap elderly woman from a village near Hebron

An elderly Palestinian woman was kidnapped by Israeli forces which invaded and searched homes in the village of Yatta, south of Hebron city, in the southern part of the West Bank on Friday morning.

Troops invaded the village and conduted a house to house search campaign; residents were forced to leave their homes during the search, eyewitnesses reported. Witnesses added that the army searched at least 20 homes in the village. Soldiers then took Jamila Al Hadar, 50, to an unknown detention camp. Al Hadar is the mother of nine, local sources reported that neither she nor her sons and husband ever been involved in any political actions.
