Palestinian casualty abducted by Israeli army on way to hospital

The Israeli army abducted a Palestinian man while he was on his way form Tulkarem Refugee camp to the city of Qalqilia in the northern part of the West Bank to get medical care on Thursday morning.

Isma'el Mir'ie, 20, was scheduled to have surgery this afternoon. The ambulance taking him from Tulkarem refugee camp were he lives to the hospital in Qalqilia city was stopped by Israeli troops at a military checkpoint. The soldiers forced him out of the car then handcuffed him and took him to an unknown detention camp, eyewitnesses reported.
